Well I arrived in San Diego way too late to even start this race as my plane was affected by weather so racing was going to feel like 1.30am start time! I had been swimming well so thought I could do the Swim and Bike as a hit out and save myself for Ironman Arizona. So that is what I did. I felt good in the swim but lead the group off course and handed Andy Potts the race! I think he should pay me!! Also it's the guy's faults for following me! I had to go to the Toilet on the bike and then gave up after that as I have never had to go on the bike for a half before!!
